You get no reception so forced to sign up w/ Cox or get satelite. Forced to get APS, Cox. Same internet so it's expensive. You can hear neighbors since older building verses newer apts thicker walls so you can't hear as much. The apts are higher priced then many years ago and no upgrades.. no heated pool No hot tub... I think they are overpriced. Needs new appliances... & facuets leaks. Many years ago this was considered a good neighborhood... not so good anymore. Crime has gone up in this area...

Only thing I like is that is small community.... & next to teen center.

Ok you like the fact that you are close to a teen center? Ummm what does this say about either your age or character. First of all before you move anywhere you need to do research so if you knew it had APS and COX (which is discussed before signing the lease) you should have not moved in there. Yes the walls are very thin but all old apartments are built the same way. The neighborhood 20 plus years ago was a good neighborhood not within the last 10 so again research is key when moving into a new apt. Please understand that there are things of course you may not know when first moving in somewhere - like the sinks leaking but there are others that are quite obvious like the hot tub price, appliances, neighborhood, and utility providers. By the way if you knew the sink was leaking why did you not do a work order in the office - I am more than sure that they would have fixed it if you did. Good luck on your next venture and hopefully this time you will find exactly what it is you are looking for.

I've lived here for two years and I've never had a problem. And yes, if you have a leaky faucet you should tell the office instead of running to online forums to complain about it. The maintenance manager is great, as is the office manager. The neighborhood is fine, also. There are always people walking their dogs and jogging, etc. The PHX fire department uses the community center next door for their excercise drills several times a week. As for the utilities, its common sense to do research before you move in, especially with an apartment building where everything has to be approved before installation. People within the complex have DirectTV anyway. All in all, my husband and I are happy here. Considering they are old buildings, they are in great shape. And if you've got a problem, put in a work order for goodness' sake. They can't help you if you don't let them know.

Ok GUESS WHAT?? The noise problem with the neighbors is worse in newer apts! And this isnt a house you just built so unless your new to apartments you ALWAYS have to get the util they have there. Heated pool? HELLO this is Phoenix why the would you want a heated pool? Well all apartments are basically all the same Welcome to apartment living, noises, things break, util you may not choose.....
