We moved in this summer and discovered the AC unit is so loud it sounds like you live near an airport. Also, the insulation is so poor that the apartment never seemed to cool down sufficiently during the daytime, resulting in, you guessed it, an incessantly running LOUD AC unit.
Also, when the shower is running (either our own or our downstairs neighbor's) there is an extremely loud hissing noise audible in the bedroom (right next to the bath).
I've lived in numerous apartments comparitively priced and never experienced aything like this.
"Luxury living'" maybe by appearances, but if you pay $700 plus a month, you should expect better quality.
