new management is a nightmare

i have lived here for 3 years and a new management took over last summer. since then everything has gone down hill fast. the old managemnt was polite, prompt, and on top of things. the new management does not care about anything and treats you like you are bothering them if you go in to pay rent or call for any reason. one lady in the office cannot even answer the phone without saying thank you for calling morningside-it's sad when a person does not even though the name of their place of business.
and people now park at firelanes, in other peoples spaces, block dumpsters, block garages, and park in others reserved spaces with no respnse from management. they will not tow a car for any reason. it is very hard to get in and out of the parking lot and besides they have given my reserved space, which i pay for, to someone else twice. in addition the property is now littered with trash and the landscaping is looking very bad compared with before. maintenance does NOT respond fast enough even to emergencies. it can take days. the biggest problem is taht they are letting anyone in now. i have seen people doing drugs openly and drinking on the stairways. people bang on doors 7 yell at all hours of the night and rough looking people hang around. all my good neighbors are moving/moved and management is letting total losers in. i do not feel safe here at all. they sell the awatukee lifestyle but this has became the ghetto life style. i will definitely be moving when my lease is up and i warn others not to move here. the new management is totally incompentent.
