Big mistake From: JIM1234 Date posted: 2/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I agree the parking problem is horrible. I was exited upon arriving home today TO FIND A LETTER HAD BEEN SENT TO ALL RESIDENTS stating not to park in reserved spaces. Until I saw 'please leave a kind note on someone's car asking them to move if they are parked in your place.' I CALLED THE OFFICE 3 TIMES ABOUT PEOPLE IN MY SPACE AND THEY WILL NEVER TOW. IT IS CRAP AND NEXT TIME I WILL BREAK SOMEONE WINDOW WHEN IT HAPPENS. If the office refuses to tow no wonder people are parking illegaly and blocking me in. I moved here from Mesa LAST SPRING and loved it. It was a really nice place. Now I worry about my wife being attacked and will not let my kids play outside. I have no idea how so much trash has BEEN ALLOWED YO move in lately. MY KIDS CANNOT SLEEP AT NIGHT FOR THE YELLING AND CARS PEELING IN AND OUT. The manager does not care and it shows. I plan on moving my family out asap. IT IS MORE DANGEROUS HERE THAN IN MESA. As a side note, a nieghbor just moved in and was in tears because they moved her into a dirty apartment with stained,burned carpet that smells horrible. My apartment was perfect when I moved IN. It is sad what BAD MANAGEMENT CAN DO TO RUIN A COMMUNITY. I PAY TO MUCH RENT TO LIVE IN A SLUM WITH JUNKIES. I AM A PROFESSIONAL AND AM EMBARRASSED FOR MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO VISIT BECAUSE OF THE SKID ROW PEOPLE LIVING HERE NOW.
