Yes! We have had some water issues, but what else can they do but to turn off the water and fix it. I witnessed other residents being really hostile to the office staff and cornering the manager, which resulted in calling the police department and closing the office. Despite the hostility the office staff was recieving, they still remained outside the office and were handing out bottles of water to all the residents. I'm ashamed that other people could react so out of control, that some of the residents were verbally attacking the outside contracters to fix the water leak, they almost stopped what they were doing and were going to leave. How is that going to resolve the problem! I'am a little frustrated that it was Thanksgiving weekend and we had no water, and 2 weeks later it's the same issue, but on the other hand it is what it is. It has to get fixed one way or the other.
I think the office staff is great! They have accomodated me in every way, especially with parking. They gave me a garage for the same amount they charge for covered parking, until there was a covered spot available.
