We have lived here at Mountainside for almost two years and I cannot wait to get out. We have had problem after problem. Our Air conditioner was leaking in our apartment and it took them four tries to fix it properly. We had a leak in the ceiling of our utility room and it took them a MONTH for them to respond to our request and repair the leak. We also complained about the potential for mold where the two mentioned leaks occurred and they never responded at all.

Parking is a total nightmare. If you get home after about eight or nine in the evening, expect to park at Fye's across the street. Getting a covered spot might seem like an option, but I had to sit on a wait list for one for over six months before I was given an assigned spot.

The management is always posting fliers on the door about being towed if you're tags have expired on your vehicle, but there are two cars with expired registrations sitting outside my apartment right now, one has been there for two weeks, the other, two MONTHS! And they have not moved, no one has posted a warning on the cars, nothing. They just sit taking up valuable parking spaces.

I could continue on about why you shouldn't live here, but I think my point has been made. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!!
