Staff is uncaring, mantainence is slow and has to come back repeatedly. Nightmare parking situation. As in other reviews if you try to park after 8pm you will not find a place! You will have to drive around for an hour waiting or park across the street & walk. Standards are bad and any losers are allowed to live here. Decent people won't stay. Mountainsude looks good on the outside but don't be fooled! Of course they are nice when you come in to look for an apartment. That's how they get your $$$ and make theirs on commision. Once you sign the lease you are stuck. Apartments are made of cheap material not worth the money. Walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors use the bathroom. A the other review said watch for the pit bull. I have actually seen the owner walking it without a lease. If you have a small dog it could be dinner...
