We have lived here about seven months now and things are pretty good. The apartment is clean and spacious. The staff are nice. The maintenance is a little lacking in their quality of work but they do come and fix things when you put in the work order. On occasion you cannot have the hair dryer, the radio, and the iron on all at once or you will blow the circuit. The parking situation can be a problem especially if you have guests. They are constantly shutting off the water for the entire day to fix leaky pipes and this can be a bit of an inconvenience. Overall we have enjoyed living here and feel safe and the complex is nice and quiet. No apartment complex is perfect. I would recommend these apartments to a friend for sure. The location is perfect and within walking distance from the grocery store and restaurants.
