"After living here for about a year i can only conclude that this is by far one of the worst places to live in the ahwatukee foothills. From day one we have had on going issues with our fridge leaking ridiculous amounts of water, 3 out of 4 windows in our living room the blinds have broken on us (the strings to open them do not work), you have to PAY for a single covered parking spot, otherwise if your 5 months pregnant you have to park either across the street at frys or at the other end of the complex at night when you get home from work. and if you try to report a vehicle that has been sittin in an uncovered sport for 3 months and hasn't moved Laura, the "manager" is too busy being a stupid southern B*TCH sitting in her nice air conditioned office with her thumb up her a*s to do anything about it. although when you threaten to call the property owner she does make an effort to bombard you with the most ridiculous notifications (mind you, i have never once had an issue with any of my neighbors up until i called her out). lets see what else is wrong with this place..... the BBQ's at the pool do not work unless you have magic fire, mold in your bathroom,they say you have to pick up your dogs poop (which is obviously expected) but there is only one doggy bag station in the complex, your dogs are not allowed to bark even though you pay a ton of money for them to live there every month.expect your water to be turned off at least twice a month, your neighbor with the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is paying less than you are if you live in a 1 bdrm 1 bth (accounted for by numerous neighbors), everybody thinks they are a bad a*s at night and "bumps" their stereo through the complex,landscapers who stand at your window blowing leaves at 8am on thursdays and rowdy bro's have a motocross track in your parking lot at 3 am on a wednesday night...and did i mention the manager is a B*tch''
To say the least this is the 1st apartment i have ever rented from, my worst living experience ever. and for what you pay to live in Dump of the "foothills" you might as well rent a house 3 miles away in chandler"
