Parking ' What parking' HORROR STORY!

the grounds can really need a good spraying for weeds, land scape crew is for crap, the farther you live from the office the worse it gets!
Dog/cat crap everywhere the smell like crap in the summer monsoon time! NO Parking in ANY FORM what so ever unless your a stay at home mom'
Have not seen any bugs as of yet, the office people listen but a tad slow to get things done due to a back up of things for them to do'
There is a party here & there but not too bad.
Pool area is very NICE, gym has 1 broken tread mill,
