North Mountain Apts is a slum. Plain and simple.If anyone says anything different,they're smoking something.Most apartments have mold,the laundry room has no cooling or heat,the parking lot has needed to be redone for years,the pool has been shut down twice in two years by the county,the way that the place is maintained is total garbage.One guy,Pepe is so incompetent at anything to do with maintenance he needs to go back to Mexico.Management has changed so many times over the years,the only thing that you can be sure of is that it will be a Hispanic.Management lies to you, Tenants bail out in the middle of the night and trash the apartments,crack heads all over and plenty of Section 8 people that do nothing all day but look to see who they can mooch off of.Do yourself a favor,DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE.Unless of course,you're a crack head.Then you'll feel right at home.
