North Mountain Village Apartments

Stay far away from this dump!!! From: nicket07@yahoo.com Date posted: 10/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I currently live in an apartment @ NMV, and I cant wait for my lease to be up! Granted you save on rent, but you arent ahead of the game once you get your AC bill. (I pay $250.00 a month minimum during the summer months). The appliances are old and do not work. I reported that my refridgerator was not working in July and several times since and they have yet to fix or replace it and it is now October. The plumbing is whacked out, and I have spent the last 6 months showering in at least 2 inches of standing water, and the kitchen and bathroom sinks are no better. There is dog poop everywhere, the neighbors are rude, & loud and the management is lacking in organization and customer service. The cheap rent draws in the lowest of society and it is not rare to learn that 10 or more people are sharing a 2 bedroom apartment. My advice: Do NOT rent from this H***HOLE!!!
