I agree with most of the bad reviews on here... this place isn't worth it. You pay pet rent, a refundable deposit and a non-refundable pet deposit to cover anything left at the end (like most places)... and instead of refunding it... they keep it then charge you more (cutting into your refundable part) for any extra 'pet stains' they may 'find with a blacklight.' Let me tell you, after shampooing the carpet myself and checking... there was nothing there, but they still found "small stains" and charged me on top of the non refundable deposit.
I had to sign papers that said I wouldn't bring dogs of certain breeds into the complex... yet my neighbor had a huge dog of the listed "not allowed" breeds tied up on the porch all day... it barked incessantly at everyone who passed and at anything else it felt like barking at.
The office staff is a joke. The manager is clearly too busy doing "other important things" to actually DEAL with the tenants. I haven't spoken to her once during the whole year I was there, she locks herself in her office and never comes out... I had one major problem when I was there... even when I requested her and told them I would wait, she sent one of her office girls out with me. The problem I had was that a maintenance man came to "fix" my air conditioning (that was costing almost 200 bucks a month for a 1 bed 1 bath) He sprayed dirty water everywhere. When I came home, my carpet was wet, my walls were spotted with dirty water, my leather chair was spotted with water stains and a watercolor painting I had on the wall was ruined then stuffed behind the TV. The manager sent out her assistant, who was nice enough, but nothing was fixed or paid for. She shrugged when I told her originally I thought the painting had been stolen (it was missing from the wall when I came home), but after searching for it I found it smeared and shoved behind the entertainment center.
That was not the only incident I had with the maintenance staff, but twice they entered without permission. They are bad at cleaning up after themselves and I could tell when they had been there because they left their trash or rubber gloves laying on the tub.
The "gym" (what used to be a laundry facility that now houses a could of bikes and some weights) is only open during office hours, which are when most people work (9-5) and you have to put in a $20 deposit for a key to it.
There are a lot of motorcycles. A lot of 'rules' that aren't enforced by the office. They will however enforce you wearing "the wrong swim-wear" in the pool.
On the plus side... there were no bugs. There were a couple of nice playgrounds you could bring your kids to. The grounds are laid out nicely. Thats about it.

I have had the same issues with the maintainence crew. My apt. was spotless before they came to replace some things and when I returned EVERYTHING was covered in dust and I couldn't even breathe! Nothing was ever done about it. My lease is up within a year and I can't wait to get the hell out of here.
