When I first moved in I thought the place seemed pretty decent, everyone seemed to be nice and helpful. It was all a big front to make you like the place. All the appliances seem to be about 20 years old and hardly work, other than the dishwasher which they finally replaced after we told them time and again over the course of 4 months. Our sinks got crusty after about 3 weeks of living there (even though we cleaned them every week). If you look at the walls closely you can see how they just paint over whatever without paying attention because there are multiple strands of hair and other particles. The tub must be extremely old because it was fine when moved in, but again, after living in it so long a little hairline crack somehow came about, we had them check it out, and they said it's fine don't worry about it. Months later this little crack has become rather large. They checked it again and said there is nothing we can do, but the check off sheet that they give you so that you know what to clean (and the rediculous prices you have to pay if they aren't cleaned to their standards) when you're moving out shows that they will probably charge us a couple hundred for it. The walls are very thin, the "security" gates rarely ever work, I personally have had my stereo stolen from my vehicle and heard of numerous other vehicles being stolen. This isn't even the worst of this place, they just don't care about you, but they do care for your money. Please NEVER even give them the joy of thinking that they might have a prospective renter, they will scam you for all the money you have. Oh, they do have good parking, probable because nobody wants to live here because it's so terrible. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
