These townhomes have the potential to be something really nice, but insufficient management attention has allowed them to go downhill somewhat. The buildings are classic Mid-Century Modern design, and have a lot of "funky" cute features like beamed ceilings, skylights and large formal dining rooms. Some of the neighbors are outstanding, but others don't seem to care much about the place. Still, they are affordable, relatively quiet, and very conveniently located.
I wish the owners cared a bit more for the property and enforced some resident rules consistently. I hope to live here for a long time, and I will do my part to make it a great place to live.
