Not for long term - Large Floor Plans, Low Rent

I have lived at the complex for 2 years. The floorplans are large at reasonable rent - lower than most complexes. The complex seemed great for kids at first since there is a playground, 2 pools on site and even a community center 1 1/2 block away that offer many activities to keep the kids busy. But.......then the rift raff and trailer trash and racists take away from the positives that the complex has to offer. There are many UNSUPERVISED childen that run around and the adults do not pay attention!!!! Several children have been hit by cars in the parking lots!! Many children destroy property, steal and cause fights. In the last 6 months there have been residents and visitors that have discharged their firearms!!! The management evicts the people - but they need to be more selective about whom they rent to apartments to. Many residents have lived here long term, but if you have children only live here for a short term! The elementary school sucks!!!!! (Echo Mountain) I would never send my children there again. Make sure not to commit to a long lease unless you can handle all the "drama" Also if you intend to stay and want to transfer to a new apartment the transfer fees are too high (400.00)
