Great if your white trash From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003 1 response   My actual apartment was good size and had a nice floorplan. However...god forbid something breaks. You'll have to call a minimum of 3 times and it still takes anywhere from 3 to 7 days to have it repaired...most the time it still doesn't work. The office staff is very courteous. There are tons of dirty, unsupervised children running about. The walls are so thin I could here my downstairs neighbor snorring in the middle of the night. There doesn't seem to be much enforcement of any kind of rules either. So if you want to have loud parties on a continual basis complete with people vomiting from your balcony and have no consequences from management this is the place for you! Oh yeah..there are underground water leaks from the pipes everywhere. They don't get fixed until they explode. So stockpile the water for the days when they explode and the top knotch maint. staff takes hours upon hours to fix them.
