After the third day, I was looking for someplace else and counting the days when my nine month lease was up. The model was nothing like what I ended up with.
Noisy neighbors, including a *bad* guitar player who "practiced" until 3am in the apartment to the right.
Parking was horrible. My assigned spot was two buildings away and in another section.
Laundry facilities were far from adequate to accomodate the large complex as the only time I could find an available machine was very early Sunday mornings. That is, when they even worked.
Water was frequently turned off in the apartments for repairs or whatever.

On the other hand, when my key got stuck in the front door, the office staff were there almost immediately to fix it.
