The models are nice, nice office staffis wonderful. The grounds are horribly kept and trash cans are always overflowing. Parking is hell!! Nobody picks up after their pets.. the pool is always green... the gates never work and when they do,your remote does not. ghetto!ghetto!ghetto!ghetto!ghetto!ghetto!ghetto!ghetto! The utilities are SOOO high! mold on the buildings, the police are always there! I cannot wait for my lease to be over! And after allthis, they make you pay pet rent!
