From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Here is the checklist you need in order to decide to live here: 1) do you like thin walls and ceilings' 2) do you like property trash bins overflowing as you drive through the complex' 3) do you like small unattended children running all over the place or riding their bikes in front of your car' 4) do you want to have to transfer to another unit if your neighbor is noisy' 5) do you like your ceilings to leak on your furniture' 6) do you like to wait 91 days for a maintenance issue to be addressed' 7) do you like pervert neighbors to leave notes on your car telling you that you are cute' 8) do you want sky high utility bills' 9) do you like your floors to creak' 10) do you like the sound of thumping car stereos at all hours' 11) do you like the pool to be closed 40% of the time due to beer or pee in the pool' 12) do you like maintenance crew peering in your windows and blowing leaves onto your patio' 13) do you like the sound of children bouncing their toys against your bedroom wall' 14) do you like the stench of rotten '' coming from your drains' If you answered yes to any or all of these than this is the place for you. Welcome home....NOT!
