There is so much noise and so many times the water goes out that it is ridiculous. They work on the yard at 7 am once a week and now they are doing construction at 7 am (oh, wait they are actulaay starting at 6:25) and 8 am on weekends so they can kick everyone out and sell these dumps as condos. That will never happen because they can't sell real estate for $25 which is all these are worth. No security at night and it needs it!!! These reviews are all right on. Even the ones that are a few years old.
