The water gets turned off for water leaks all the time. You can hear thru the walls. The new owners are going to try and sell them as condos. i would not even give them 10.00. I cant wait to move. Here are the new owner lets paint them tear down the gates. And sell them for 160,000. I am just going to pray to the lord that nobody buys them. If you do this is the biggest rip off ever. The stairs are fallen apart and they dont care. DID YOU EVER SEE THE MOVIE THE MONEY PITT WELL HERE IT IS AND YES YOU TOO CAN BUY ONE. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE TRUE MEANING OF GREEEEEED. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY BEST BET IS TO GO TO 12 STREET AND BELL AND BUY SOME NICER ONES.
