Me and my husband moved from Michigan in May of this year. We moved blind meaning that we weren't able to actually come down to see the apartments in person and did all of our viewing online and over the phone. We were told that our apartment would be ready by the time we got down here and it was NOT. The day that we arrived to move in, we were told that the apartment wasn't ready because they were waiting for the carpet cleaners to arrive. They finally did and even after the carpets were "cleaned" they still were filthy when we moved in. The painters that redid the paint in the apartment were nice enough to paint all the way around and got paint all over our carpet as well. Upon moving in we discovered an unopened Hershey bar in the closet on a shelf... painted over completely. The steps are falling apart and dispite several complaints to have them repaired the management has not done this. Everytime we turn on the water the plumbing makes a horrible screeching noise that can be heard throughout the entire building. We get to hear our neighbors plain as day through the walls. Maintainance... ' These hillbillies ride around on a golf cart drunk on the weekends and need to be replaced by illegal aliens so that we can have some actual work done around here. The only thing that I see them do is slick back their mullets in the morning while drinking their coffee and smoking their cigarettes. I've only been here for 2.5 months and they managed to lose the money order for our deposit and 1st month's rent and they messed up the amount that we were supposed to be paying per month. I can go on and on but you get the point. Even though they are doing cosmetic work to make it look appealing to people because they're going to be going condo, steer clear of this place. I wouldn't rent for another lease let alone purchase one of these apartments.

Anna was not a very good manager but with her gone I have great confidence in becky, she will continue on the path set in motion for her,the spiralling down direction of which this complex. But on a good note once you hit rock bottom, theres only one way to go, hope by the time you guys get there you figure out how to get back up

lol Yeah your right on the money with that. Hey it's us from Michigan again from the original post. Guess what they have lost our rent check again!!!This makes 3 times now that they have screwed up with our rent check, Thanks Becky. Man this place is a joke. Instead of calling us to notify us of the lost rent check, they have hired an attorney. I found out about this last night at 7 at night when we were served papers for litigation. Nice try, I have records and bank statements of all my transactions and the cost of a 2 bedroom apartment is 1/8 of my income. Along with their prior track record for applying my rent check to another apartment they will not have a leg to stand on in the court room. Anyone else living here have problems like this? We should set up a monthly tenants meeting. We could give the property management company a petition to get rid of the office staff and do some real repairs to this place
