Ok, so here goes...

1) the management - is for the most part...NON-EXISTENT. we asked the to repair the stairs when we lived upstairs, and it took them 4 months to do that...i was tempted to go out there and fix it myslef with my own tools.

2) the walls, and the floors are PAPER thin, we moved down stairs after our 6 month lease was up, and the ppl above us have a SOCCER TEAM for children. we have spoken to management, and the residents above us, NIETHER of them show a concern for their "neighbors".

3) the general appearance of the apt is poor, AT BEST! first -i took it upon myself to fix the gate management said they would have fixed *i stopped waiting after 1 month*, second -i fixed 5 of the doors in the apt that were D@MN NEAR FALLING off the hinges *i.e...i bought 8 new hinges for the doors* third -they are not even "remodeling", they are just covering up the old apt with new stuff. the counter tops are chipping, and the old tops are showing through...the gates are the old ones, just with a new "face" on them, and the work that was done on the apt we are in now is "SHABBY", again, at best.

BUT, other than all those issues, the size of the apt is nice.
