Have lived here over a year and through three office managers.... maintenance has been in apts and stolen items ..even household supplies..most live on the property and are totally skummy... they hire total transient people and the quality of work is equally poor. They are trying to convert to condo and failing...total ghetto, no integrity and no follow up. they simply do not care.. mike the owner is full of crap.. becky is worthless and so is the new manager aaron. Save yourself, not worth even looking at....no insulation... you can hear everything...even the people upstairs flush their toilet... mold problems...total nightmare
