How sad. Staff, if you're going to write reviews to try and up your percentage on here, at least mix it up. I mean really, let's examine:

friendly staff, and the ground are very well kept!

06/24/2008 BEST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!
the sales and rental staff is so welcoming and friendly!

Both comments share brevity, a lack of capitalization, an exclamation point at the end, incorrect English and grammar, and are posted on the same date. Next time try having more than one person write fake positive reviews, or at least give the job to someone that has a grasp of the English language. This only proves how worthless you people are.

Thank you very much for your articulate informative review, raivyn. I both live and work in the immediate area and recently recieved a flyer taped to my door espousing all the 'wonderful buying opportunites' for this place. I thought to myself, "they converted that sh*tty apartment complex on the corner of 7th St. and Grovers?" What was really hilarious was the actual coupon you could cut out that offered "an additional $5,000 off the purchase price". As in, "here's my negotiating tool, a coupon". Sounds like they honestly want to keep the same caliber tenants and environment-- "Zero down payment; Only $250 earnest deposit required!" More accurately, "Ever wanted to snort meth off of GRANITE? Well now you can! Our easy-to-clean lovely granite countertops are so durable, you can set your crack pipe, spoon, and anything you totally forgot about in the oven for five hours with NO BURN MARKS!" "North Parc-- the 'C' is for CLASSY!" Unbelievable how people try to make money...
