They are not bad apartments if you don t mind finding a used needle on the ground every once in a while. 90% of the people with dogs don t pick up the messes. I could hear everything that goes on in the apartment above me. If an apartment leaks above yours everything in your apartment will be totaled. And if you buy now you just pay $130 a month for HOA. HOA fee includes but not limited to: Dead grass, plants dying and not being cared for, contractors whistling at your 13yr old daughter getting off the bus, contractors stealing things off you porch, car break-ins, needles on ground, broken beer bottles in the parking lot, and don t worry if one of the North Park employees fails a drug test they send them to work for the condo side. If you are going to buy make sure you walk around with out an agent and look at all the grounds not just the part they want you to see.

Bottom line these are apartments. NOT CONDOS...If you going to buy there are 500 homes for sale in the valley that are cheaper than what they are selling the 3 bedrooms for. Buy something that you can actually built equity in.

Sorry North Park Village no matter how hard you try you can't take the ghetto out of that place. You can t repaint, tile some floors and counters and call it "Luxury Condos". The flat screen TV was stolen out of the fitness center. Now that is Luxury living!!!! A couple times I saw a 3yr old running a round with no pants or diapers on. Also, it is not a kid friendly place. Before we moved everyone who rents got a notice that if you child is caught riding a bike, skate boarding, roller blading, etc. you will be evicted! I never found out what the reasoning was.

If you buy you will be sorry that you did. I knew 2 neighbors who bought and after they realized what they got themselves into they were PISSED! Once they have your money they don t care. And if you re still set on buying a condo look else where. There are at least 7 condos in a 5 mile radius that were built in the last 5 years.

I have lived in apartments built in the 50's that were built better than that place. We now live in a 3 bedroom house and we bought it for $50,000 less than the 3 bedrooms they sale. There is better stuff out there than North Park Village. Good Luck!
