I've looked up the owners and uncovered their attempt to hide their idenity. Here is what I found, ----------------- years old and went to school at ------- State. His address is ---------------------, AZ, his ------------------- resides in California somewhere, near San Fransisco. (could not find out the real address). -----------, who represents himself as an owner is not, he is an employee of GDC Real Estate, but I looked up tax records and he is not paying taxes on his salary, it is listed as the ------ Family Trust. There are several authorities looking for him for faliure to pay child support and has a criminal record a mile long. Most of which involve fraud. ---- was involved with a company called Atlantic Mortgage and they are currently being investigated ny the US Department of Justice for fraudulent practices. According to public records the loan for the property is held by Scpipps Investments and Loan out of LaJolla, CA, with a second loan by Bank Midwest. The banks have filed Forclosure documents with the county of Maricopa, AZ. THe situation between the owners got so bad theat Lincoln Property Company pulled their contract in early November 2006 ro stop managing the rental side of the property. They are now involved in a lawsuit between Scripps, Bank Midwest, and the -------. If you have an issue, look for ---------- at Scripps and----------- at Bank Midwest, they can help, as they want to see the ------- go down as we all do. I'm tierd of being jerked around by these owners. Lets do something about it.
