It appears that the owners and the management team are trying to off set the negative remarks in this review. Please read through this entire site before making any decision on where to live.
1- Check with local authorities for recent criminal activity.
2- Seek out realtor and apartment locators opinions in the Phoenix market.
3- Stop by the community at night and surrounding neighborhood for additional opinions.
4- Run a search with the local tax and building authorities in Phoenix.
5- Check with the court system on the status of the bankruptcy and foreclosure proceeds.

Do not beleive for a minute that anyone has had a good experience living at this community; the vendors, previous staff are silenced and can not comment on this site.
