This place is not safe especially after someone had been raped by the post office boxes. Amazing how a complex allows the person who raped a girl stay living here. It is absolutely appalling. I recommend anyone moving or living here replace your locks and add a dead bolt.

Almost been broken into 3 times!!! All 3 times someone was home!!! One, on a dark dreary day, actually said the person that lives here gave him a key to come in and wait. I confronted him through the window! Not true since I know I didnt give a key to anyone, and neither did anyone else in my family! The other two times were at night when my family was home. They had to call the cops!

As for parking, it has not improved. people who have only one car still refuse to park in their covered parking spots making it hard on those who have two vehicles to get anywhere close to the building. Which makes it even more scary since the rape. I do not feel safe to be out after the sun has to started to set. The buildings stay dark because normally the complex is bad about making sure lights are on.


I currently live there... broken promises are causing us to go into forclosure. Staff stole paperwork (first set of paperwork) for when we were planning on buying, next paperwork didnt match the first. Wiring in condo is horrible and they will not do anything about it. Not to mention the 4 fires in two months. I would recommend placing extra fire detectors in every room including the storage/laundry room.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVING THERE!!

LAWSUIT TIME!!!!!!! Seriously people band together! Let's get these Bastards, hit them where they live in their greedy pockets! If we go to the courts in mass we will win! Does anyone have the where with all to get on the phone to a lawyer. MANY would love to get this and make it a big publicity case! News teams love this kind of stuff!! Save yourselves your credit, and get on with a better life. This place has been unbearable! Start a facebook page for all residents of North Parc we can all keep in touch this way and once a lawyer gets involved we all go in make our individual depositions, and we will take our lives back and protect future people from being hurt too! Why should we let them hold us hostage by threat of a lease termination fee or destroy our credit by forcing us into foreclosure?

The complex wins at this point. No lawyer will touch this case. Lawyers have been contacted but no one has accepted the case. Most of the buyers here fall under the predatory loan law (claims that the place was worth x amount when it was appraised at 60k under what they wanted, showing false paperwork) and renters fall under the category of being lied to about the burned buildings being just remodels, saftey, and the well being for a person's life. If you can find a lawyer, everyone will jump on.
