This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! Maintenance enters WITHOUT PERMISSION, prices are switched without telling you - everything was broken when we moved in. there are stains on the counters - the entire place smells like pee. our a/c broke and flooded our apartment TWICE!!!! and the second time it broke they said, oh well let me send the "good" handyman to fix it. staff is RUDE and inappropriate PARKING IS HORRIBLE and will drive you crazy everytime you come home. i even had one resident fight me over a parking spot. we have one assigned parking spot that is close to our apartment - the other spots are on the opposite side of the complex and it is very dark at night walking through the complex.
our apartment also has an opening to the attic in our closet - this made our bedroom about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the apartment because the heat got trapped in the summer
the pool is small and not even worth it. when we got our key it wasn't the right key but the lock could be picked and jiggled to open the door. they made us sign a thing saying we would check our fire alarm every month and the day we moved in it was broken and they didn't know about it - bottom line this place is horrible and all they want is your money - they will do anything to get it. ive even overheard the maintenance men hanging out in the parking lot bitching about the tennents
This is NOT even worth an entire year free - DONT DO IT DONT DO IT DONT DO IT
This is also called North Parc Condominiums - so don't be fooled by the name
we have lived here 4 months and were considering leaving the 1st day - we will be leaving AS SOON AS our lease is over. When we toured the apartment they told us we could sign a month to month lease - they would not sign the lease any earlier than the day we moved in - so we came with ALL our belongings in a truck the day-of to sign a lease and they asked us to sign a 6 month lease (OUT OF NOWHERE - THEY NEVER TOLD US IT WAS 6 MONTHS) So we are STUCK until our six months is up
