Many air conditioning issues! Actually, they moved me in with the air conditioning not even working. There was mold and mildew in both bathrooms which took them more than one time to repair it! They never did a walk-through on the apartment! Not to mention the rape that happened in this complex and the one just south of North Park in a matter of two weeks! And they never warned residence about the safety of "our community." Maintenance came out on numerous occasions to fix a simply repair and they still could not get it right after multiple repairs. The prices my be cheap but it was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment! This place is a ran down dump!!! It was not worth all the stress and aggravation!!
