This place is Half Gheto and half Barrio From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   They have new management and they are spending money in the wrong ways to fix the place up. There are still crack heads and mental patients here, now you can add tons of Illegals! Thats right non documented people from south of the border. I have been here over a year and havent seen too much good, it took them a week to fix my AC, when the workers came in to install the "upgrades" they left a huge mess and my request for designated motocycle parking has gone by the way side. "We will do it after we repaire the paking lot." Nice try but apartments are required by law to provide motrcycle parking with lock down rings embeded in the ground, not locking your bike to the pole of the coverd parking. It's the law. Just today I had an altercation with one of the illegals who didn't want to park in a covered space and didn't want to move his care so I could retrieve my locks from the obvious motorcycle parking space, there is no sign designating it as such but nunthe less it is a motorcycle space. The new management might be trying to fix the place up but they have a long way to go.
