I have noticed alot of changes taking place since I moved here two years ago. Since the new company took over and Rosemary is manager this place is shaping up alot. Just the other day some serious peices of trash were evicted of the property. they are putting in grass, remodeling apartments. they try to put the quiet people with the quiet people and keep all the trash bags out of here now. there may be people with disabilities living within our community most of them are freindly and tollerable if not one can always talk to management or the people at the southwest office. this place used to be really bad but i have to give new management alot of props, they are doing what they can afterall you cant fix everything overnight. there are alot of children that are unsupervised but anyone that has lived here any amount of time looks out for all the kids and the kids that live here kind of look out for each other at the playground and such. hey kids will be kids they do play and fight with each other. i dont agree with people having there kids out all hours of the night but that is not on the complex that is just bad parenting... I like living here its not scottsdale but its my home and my community i have gotten to know, it could be worse like it is on the other side of the wall where the real trash lives.... good job madera court keep it up.... p.s. new maintenance is really good and they actually do their job instead of the old guys who had nothing better to do than do and deal drugs all day... the new guys are freindly and considerate as well.
