We just took over management of Northern Point less than a month ago. We are excited to be here and what a pleasure it is to assist the current residents with thier needs. Our crew is busy planning resident events, our maintenance teams are busy fixing and repairing to make the community shine! I have to say that after reading the other posting on here it is so sad to think the residents and thier homes were not cared for. I am part of a well known management company MEB, and our core value is to care for our residents. Our moto is Love where you live. We will do everything in our power to have the residents at Northern Point be happy they choice this community as thier home!!!

This overly sweet response doesn't provide enough specifics about how the management of Northern Point will actually improve things. What do you plan to do about the crime and the drug dealing? How will you handle people who party and make noise all night long? Will MEB replace the moldy carpeting, bad locks and inoperable windows? Will there be a/c when it's hot and heat when it's cold? What timelines are we looking at? Is MEB going to withhold actual improvements pending a lower vacancy rate, forcing the manager to make lots of empty promises about future improvements that never happen? Looking forward to your detailed response.
