Where do I begin..I have had many complaints since I have moved in only three months ago. The officials at La Terraza Apartments informed me the move in charge would be #99.00. In reality I was charged $234.00. They should not post signs or say when giving a tour that the total move-in is only $99.00. I was never given the chance to recieve a walk through of the apartment (it was never offered to me.) When I arrived to the apartment the carpets were stained, dirty, the cabinets were sticky and the oven didn't work. I was also promised an apartment with new counter tops, cabinets, flooring and appliances...but that never happend. I was never given a laundry key or a mailbox key. I was told I would recieve the mailbox key within a few days, which I never did. I asked about it and they told me to check back in a few days, as I did. No key meant no access to my mail. I went down there after two months of this and finally was like...i need my mailbox key. The (rude) manager lady said that she already gave it to me...I was like umm..no... then she went on about how she remembers this...after she went on she finally checked the box where they keep the keys and to her surprise...the keys were there! what liars. I asked them to come fix the garbage disposal and after about two weeks...they finally came and replaced it. So I decided to do my dishes that night and water just came gushing out of holes where they replaced the garbage disposal. I was so upset I called them that night and left a message stating the problem and that they need to fix it. The next day the manager lady calls and says she is not sure what I mean that it is leaking...how hard is it though to understand' I think if you work in the customer service field you need to smarten up and also NEVER be rude to the clients. Since I Do work in the customer service field and have for many years and never had to deal with a manager of a company arguing with a client. Ever since I have moved into this apartment I have been disappointed, upset, and nothing close to impressed. I looked at these apartments expecting to have a great living experience and now I'm not even considering this a fair living experience. I would say, close to poor, if not BAD. I didn't appreciate being lied to and recieving poor customer service. I am not asking for any type of refund, I think people should know about these apartments before they consider living here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
