I only lived at PBC for 3 months and I was overall pleased with my stay. Anytime something in our apartment needed to be repaired, mantience had it fixed within 30 minutes - and 2 hours. I found that the office staff were VERY freindly, helpful and flexible. I would rent here again and I do reccomend this Apartment complex to anyone looking to live in the Awahatukee area.
