When I first moved in it seemed like a nice enough place for a temporary stay, but around my 6th month of living here the neighbors became less appealing. One
day was talking to a friend in the parking lot and a woman called us over to her porch and said she was in a dilemma; she then proceeded to ask my friend and I if we knew anyone that could hook her up with some crack. I just walked away disgusted.

I can hear my neighbors above me having sex and I see cop cars here 3 nights out of the week. I was coming home from a late Saturday night and saw an actual prostitute get dropped off and walk into an apartment.

My neighbors that live on the third floor are always having a domestic dispute and wake me up at 3:30 in the morning with their fighting in the hallway and insist on going up and down the stairs 12 times before finishing the fight upstairs.

The management seems kind of slow and doesn't really know what is going on with their clientele. All in all as a young college girl living here I don?t always feel safe and thought that this complex would be fine considering it is in ahwatukee, where I have lived for a number of years. I have never seen anything this low grade before in this part of Phoenix and I cannot wait for the next 30 days to be up so I can move up to Scottsdale where people have a little more class.
