Slow service, rising rent, inflexible management

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
1. When I moved in, the carpet was painted around the edges with overspray from painting the walls.
2. About 8 months after I moved in, the air conditioning condenser started leaking water all over my kitchen floor, which soaked my carpet until I got home from work and put a garbage can underneath the leak. It took them 4 visits to fix this over a 3 month period, and each time it did more damage to the carpet, which was never replaced.
3. When I moved out, I left a chair in the living room, some celery in the refrigerator, and the packing materials my stereo came with. This apparently warranted them not refunding my $150 security deposit.
Would never rent here again, or recommend this complex to anyone except for someone I didn't like.
