So my first year was good. Management is ok and maitnance is awesome. My second year was BAD. A/C went out and it took over 4 hours to fix in the middle of the night (poor guy). My closet flooded and they never replaced the carpet. Because of the flood you can smell mold and see the mold on the carpet. All they did was replace the rubber foam under the carpet. The flood also went into the unit behind me and flooded their closet. All cabinets in kitchen and bathroom had pre existing water damage. Hot water knob in bathroom was broken and wouldnt shut off. Dish washer didnt work. It wouldnt be so bad if they would just update the units rather than the office for management. I would never rent from there again.
