Hi:

The apartment buildings look Ok from outside but once u start living here, u will be sorry for renting. Firstly, the freeway is a big nuisance. Secondly, the apartments are not good at all. The carpet is not replaced after a tent moves out...just cleaned and the stains start to reappear after u move in. Your peace is gone if u have a neighbor above u. The floor makes lot of screaching sounds . all day all night...and if they have pets u r sure dead. The lights outside your door are always on and which brightens up the bedroom... makes it hard to sleep. The stairs make so much noise and if ur neighbors are regularly going up and down, then sure no peace.Rent goes up after every year.
