Palazzo Townhomes....The staff is terrible, they are condescending when they talk to you, they act like you are in third grade, ESPECIALLY Kathy! The prices here are ridiculous! You have to pay all of the utilities, it is in the middle of the ghetto, there is so much noise all the time outside at all hours of the night, the amenities really stink compared to a lot of other rentals. They suck you in with all of their "incentives" and then force you to sign a one year lease before you even get to look at your apartment, and then when you are so dreadfully unhappy with their services, they still make you stay because it costs over $5,000 to break your lease. It is a gated community...Yeah right! Yes, there are gates, but they are broken half of the time, and the other doors to get in are always unlocked...I feel REAL safe! They give you this townhome with cheap crappy light carpet, and let you have animals so they can rip you off when you decide to upgrade to a new apartment. God forbid after a year of paying $1,200 a month and having a puppy with no grass to run around in, they have to replace the carpet. The walls are about one inch thick in between apartments, it is terrible, you can hear neighbors closing cabinets, going up and down the stairs, cooking dinner, being intimate, whispering, etc. I have to jump and have pulled muscles to put the trash in the compactor. Sometimes I like to go for a swim at night or sit in the hot tub. I am LUCKY if the hot tub is remotely warm, and am even more lucky if there is not someone sucking face or doing other things in the hot tub (if you know what I mean). The computer center is terrible, they have been saying that they are "adding another computer" for over a year now, and they have not. So, you are forced to use Qwest because they are under contract with them, well Qwest sucks!! At Palazzo Townhomes you have no choices, no freedom, no quality staff, no safety, AND NO MONEY AFTER THE RENT AND UTILITIES ARE PAID!!!
