The subject line says it all. One guy was murdered in his own home here, there are drug deals being done DAILY here, some rather unsavory characters are perpetually hanging around and leering at the residents. All of this at the cost of so-called "luxury rentals".

The "tandem" garage idea is utterly stupid. For convenience, you're better off parking your second car outside( where it is likely going to get vandalized or broken into or stolen. )

The carpet clogs your vacuum. It is quite possibly the cheapest carpet ever. It literally comes apart when you vacuum it. Each vacuuming session yields about 2 liters worth of hairballs. If you use bags, you'll be going through a LOT of them.

Do you like cable' Do you like having choice over your phone provider' Too bad; you're stuck with qwest for phone, broadband, and television.

One guy has a Harley which, every night at about 10pm, he revs up to full speed and tears off down the length of the driveway area, at full volume. The management doesn't care.

The workout room has a blown circuit, so if you want to use the second treadmill you have to unplug the television and use that outlet instead. The management doesn't care.

The locks on the gates are broken, the gates constantly smashed in, and kids from the housing projects right next door( I'm not making this up )stream into the "gated community" to do God knows what. The management doesn't care.

The mail drop was broken into and raided several times in the past, so this place no longer has a mail drop. You have to drive about a mile if you want to drop off mail.

The jacuzzi stinks and is rarely so much as lukewarm. The pool is often poorly-filtered.

There's really only one positive thing I can say about this place: I'm leaving it in 2 weeks! wahoo!
