I am SO glad I found this site. I realize EVERYBODY can't be satisfied. However, when people tend to complain about the same things, it's true. I am in another state and I have been approved for the one bedroom. I can only depend on the site of the apartment and the word of the management (which you notice ALWAYS tend to be perfect on the phone). For this amount, I'll be John Brown if I pay an arm, leg, foot AND thigh (and perhaps give up my first born child) for a place with that much noise, poop, lack of garbage facilities and poor management. I've lived in the ghetto before as a college student and I had to endure the cheap carpet. That is my BIGGEST pet peeve, so I KNOW I won't tolerate it now that I am grown and with career. I just MIGHT put up with it from a less expensive place, but not for this much. Thanks TENANTS, you're great!!! I wish you the best, which means I pray your contracts run out SOON.
