I visited the Palazzo Townhomes just the other day and I must say, that I loved them. I then went to the apartment ratings and as I read, I discovered a few points that are not entirely fair. If you are looking for something that makes you feel like you live in a home, this is the place to be. It is convenently located near the 202 which means you can go anywhere fast. You have great resturants in the area, shopping is close by. There is really nothing that surrounds you, so you can't lose. The air port is close by, however, they can't fly planes at night. So as far as noise, it is not a problem. Having thin walls is very common no matter where any one lives. It depends on your neighbor. Are they being curtious to you. If not that is why you can hear them. Trash bins are ugly and smelly, but do you really want them all over the property. Parking was an issue for me as well. I did think that it did not have enough parking. However, it was only in certain areas that really needed additional parking. The amenities were great. Your own priviate theater. How great is that. The pool is average, nothing great, but if you are only renting for the pool, then you need to rethink you priorites. Fitness center has all your basic needs. And as far as the gated community, everyone has that. It keeps the traffic out. I really feel that you should take a look at the property. I feel that you will find the same pros and cons that I did. You will love it.
