I am a current resident at Palazzo. I love it here! When I look at some of the exsisting reviews I feel bad for those people who had to deal with whoever managed Palazzo before Mark-Taylor took over. I have lived at Palazzo for almost two years now and plan on staying as long as I can. I know that some of the reviews refer to the lack of parking but everyone has a garage and there is extra parking for guests so I never have a problem. The longer I am here the better things seem to get. Nothing ever goes down hill, there are always improvments around the entire community. It seems like everytime I go into the fitness center there is something new or improved in there. The location is great, I can get anywhere in the city quickly. To me Palazzo is perfect. I hope this helps someone make the right decision in choosing their next home.

My husband and I plan on getting an apartment in phoenix arizona. I have been looking into palazzo townhomes. I am really afraid of spiders, coachroaches, crickets and lizards. Can you please tell me if you have experience with any in the apartments. Did you see a lizard inside your apartment ever?
