The layout of the community is very nice. The outside appearance is nice as well as the inside. Those are the good points. It is very VERY noisy!! The landscapers and garbage truck come at 6am almost every day. Since access to each unit is enclosed (gated community) and the units are 3 stories, noise bounces. Next to the property (north) is the 202 which is very noisy, to the east is a horribly crime-riden community (gun shots & police helicopters all the time), to the south is the Chinese Cultural Center which creates a lot of traffic and irritable smells. ALMOST EVERY resident has a dog (THAT BARKS) The pool is NOT heated. The units have poor heating and cooling. The only floor that is heated/cooled properly is the 3rd floor which is where the furnace/ac is. Management does not screen very well leaving in undesirable residents (in and out at all hours of the night, loud music in their cars and homes, parties, just disrespectful people). To top it all off, the rent is fairly high (without utilites) I do not recommend this place.

I totally agree with this review. We moved in on 7/07 thinking this was a nice place, but it has gone downhill since. The quality of residents is lower than it use to be, most people here are rude and won't even look at you when you pass right by them, and they have absolutely no respect for noise levels. The dogs barking are an absolute nightmare! When we moved in the complex was cats only, but they've since changed this, and in spite of the leash policy and poop removal policy, most of the residents do NOT clean up after their dogs, and a few have begun letting their dogs out without leashes. Unbelievable. The pool is not heated because the owner does not want to pay fuel costs yet we are paying for this amenity in our exorbitant rent. And don't even get me started on the riff raff that live on the outside perimeter. There are gunshots nearly every night, and on several nights a week we have people hanging out behind our unit doing drugs. The graffiti, trash, and broken beer bottles that I see every morning on my walk are getting worse. Do yourself a favor and save your money, this place is not worth the rent.
