Garages in every unit (2br=2car garage, 1br=1car garage and one outside of the garage) clean apartments, pool, hot tub, fitness center with excellent equipment. Excellent leasing staff. Safe complex and no crime that I am aware of. Maintenance is also VERY good here and they will take time to talk with you. Property is very well kept. Also leasing staff is very good in response to neighbor complaints.

Security gates are always open to everyone during the daylight hours, defeating the purpose of a security gate. Moderate amount of youngsters with loud stereos in their cars and apartments. Pass through noise from one apt to next is moderate: a 5 on a scale of 1-10. Mostly cabinet closing noise. High pitched noises are rare to pass through these walls and are insulated well for this, but not subwoofers. Please keep your stereo bass in check, it will go through the walls and may disturb others. Just be polite and respectful if you decide on renting here. Additional fees: garbage, sewage, water and administrative fees which equal about $30-40 a month. Gas bill for the water heater and dryer is about $25/mo. DirecTV is the only supplier of TV and internet service. TV is a contract and internet is not. Good internet speed here 7 to 21 Mbps. Electric during summer costs about $145 to $195 mo. A neighbor claims to have a $200 plus electric bill in summer. Just depends on your cooling needs. As with all apartments, it all depends on who lives beside you. Just be sure to tell the staff your needs and they should be able to put you in a comfortable unit.
