I actually live in Palazzo right now and it's just so horrible! The front office staff is RUDE! They talk down to you like your stupid and if you have a problem they don't want to help you! The staff don't know what they're talking about, if you ask a question you'll get three different answers because they're not properly trained! The apt may seem big at the time but they're actually very small and cheaply built! The model home they show is nothing like the actual apt! Don't be fooled and don't waste your money here! There's an apt call Trillium right down the street that's waaaay more worth it than palazzo!
