Good location, bad complex

I have lived here for over a year and things just continue to go downhill. First of all my neighbors are noisy, up at all hours of the night slamming doors or "talking" oustide my front door.
My car was damaged after someone attempted to break into it and the management had nothing to say about it, no apologies no offer to move my parking assignment, NOTHING!!!!
I live near the "beach" volleyball court and drunk, rude and loud people are there at all hours of the night. Managements solution- to post 2 signs that state the hours, as if drunk people are really gonna care about that! Guess I'll keep calling the police for noise disturbances at 1am.
And don't even think about living on the first floor! It sounds as if the person above me is an elephant!!!!!!!!
Lastly, every evening there is a dog party near the volleyball court where everyone let's their dogs run wild and bark at the top of their lungs! Why not go to the park across the street for that'
If you want peace and quiet, look elsewhere!
